Multiple residents are without power as severe weather moves across the Omaha metro area.At the peak of the outages reported Tuesday morning, the Omaha Public Power District reported more than 13,400 total outages as of 7:40 a.m.As of 12:20 p.m., that number is down to about 2,900. More than 2,700 outages were still being repaired in Douglas County. Sarpy County reported 21 outages, while Saunders County coped with 22 outages.
