Five people were shot, two killed, after a disgruntled employee opened fire at a business in Chester, Pennsylvania.

CHESTER, Pennsylvania — Two people are dead and three others are injured after a workplace shooting in Chester, Pennsylvania.

It happened at Delaware County Linen in the 2600 block of W. 4th Street on Wednesday morning.

A gun was recovered after the shooting suspect was pulled over by police and taken into custody. It’s not yet known if it’s the same gun used in the shooting.

The suspect drove away from the scene in a black Hyundai but was soon stopped by a police officer who was responding to the shooting scene. The officer heard the description of the fleeing vehicle over the police radio and was able to make the stop.

Authorities now say two of the three victims who were wounded are in critical condition. The victims, two men and one woman, are hospitalized at Crozer Chester Medical Center.

A suspect is in custody after a shooting at Delaware County Linen in Chester, Pa. that left 2 people dead and 3 others wounded.

Police say the suspect is a disgruntled employee who came to work with a handgun and shot the 5 victims.
