Return of Shadaloo Fighting Pass announced for Street Fighter 6

After taking a bit of a vacation from the spotlight, M. Bison has now returned to the main stage of Street Fighter 6, and it looks like he’s brought some goodies for his adoring fans.

Capcom just revealed the new Return of Shadaloo Fighting Pass for SF6 with a trailer showing off the items up for grabs this time.

As one can probably imagine by the title, most of these incoming rewards are going to be themed around the criminal organization run by the dictator as well as his past generals of Vega, Balrog, Sagat and F.A.N.G.

For the premium pass, that includes a pretty edgy-looking black and red Shadaloo uniform though it feels like giving out the usual blue grunt suits with the helmets would have been more fitting.

Vulgus will serve as the classic Capcom arcade title this time around as well as Street Fighter 5 stage music for the original generals with High Roller Casino, Flamenco Tavern and King’s Court.

There are of course the usual themed photo frames, stickers, titles and Bison emote too though it looks like a new type of reward has been added to the selection.

From now on, Premium Fighting Passes are said to feature special effects for the New Challenger screen with the first being a burning Shadaloo logo.

On a related note, the Bison update for SF6 also brought in a new option to use classic Street Fighter announcers for the challenger screen too among other quality of life enhancements.

The pass is scheduled to go live in just a few hours at midnight PT / 3 a.m. ET on July 1, so it’ll probably last through around July 22–23 like those that came before.

Free rewards will also be available though we won’t know more about those until the battle pass is out.
