The board on Tuesday named a slate of 12 directors that notably left out activist investors from Trian Fund Management (Nelson Peltz, James Rasulo) and Blackwells Group (Craig Hatkoff, Jessica Schell, Leah Solivan), all of whom both been very critical of the Disney chief. Executive Robert A. Iger. Instead, the company unanimously recommended current board members, including: General Motors Co.
