Investing.com – Israeli stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, with gains in , and sectors leading stocks higher.

At the close in Tel Aviv, the was up 0.62%.

The best performers of the session were Phoenix Holdings Ltd (TASE:), which rose 3.87% or 142.00 points to trade at 3,807.00 at the close. In the meantime, Amot Investments Ltd (TASE:) added 2.67% or 52.00 points to end at 2,000.00 and Newmed Energy LP (TASE:) rose 2.16% or 22.00 points to end at 1,040.00 session.

The worst performers of the session were Sapiens International Corporation NV (TASE:), which fell 1.22% or 130.00 points to trade at 10,530.00 at the close. Camtek Ltd (TASE:) fell 0.98% or 250.00 points to end at 25,190.00 and Delek Group (TASE:) was down 0.75% or 350.00 points at 46,450.00.

On the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, rising stocks outnumbered falling ones, 325 to 162, with 51 ending unchanged.

Crude oil for February delivery fell 0.61% or 0.44 to $71.33 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for March delivery fell 0.10% or 0.08 to $77.07 a barrel, while February gold futures fell by 0.56% or 11.70 to trade at $2,071.80 per troy ounce.

USD/ILS fell 0.31% to 3.61, while EUR/ILS fell 0.50% to 3.98.

U.S. dollar index futures rose 0.15% to 101.06.
